Our Work Speaks

Every project tells a story. Here's ours - from sketches on napkins to structures that actually stand the test of time. We've spent years turning wild ideas into real spaces where people live, work, and honestly just hang out.

We don't do cookie-cutter. Each project gets its own personality, reflecting what our clients actually need rather than what looks good in magazines. Though yeah, some of these ended up in magazines anyway.

Cedar Point Residence

Cedar Point Residence

A 4,200 sq ft waterfront home that we designed around the client's boat collection. Yeah, seriously. The garage is bigger than most apartments, but it works.

West Vancouver 2023
Vertex Tech Campus

Vertex Tech Campus

Started as a simple office renovation and ended up being a complete rebuild. Sometimes you gotta tear things down to build them right.

Richmond, BC 2022
Grouse Mountain Retreat

Grouse Mountain Retreat

Perched on a slope that made contractors nervous. The foundation alone took six months, but those views? Worth every headache.

North Vancouver 2023
Gastown Heritage Building

Gastown Heritage Building

1890s brick beauty that needed some serious TLC. We kept the original character while sneaking in modern amenities. The city inspectors loved us for this one.

Gastown 2021
Maple & Oak Restaurant

Maple & Oak Restaurant

Farm-to-table concept that needed an interior to match. Reclaimed wood, industrial touches, and lighting that doesn't make food look weird.

Yaletown 2023
Alberni Street Penthouse

Alberni Street Penthouse

Downtown living done right. Open concept that doesn't feel like you're living in a hallway. The client wanted minimalist, so we gave them minimalist with warmth.

Downtown Vancouver 2022
CreativeLab Studio Space

CreativeLab Studio Space

Design agency wanted their space to inspire creativity. We knocked down walls, added skylights, and created zones that actually make sense for how people work.

Mount Pleasant 2023
Coastal Collective Retail

Coastal Collective Retail

Boutique shopping experience that feels less like a store and more like visiting a friend's really cool house. Natural materials, flexible displays, plenty of natural light.

Kitsilano 2022
EcoLiving Passive House

EcoLiving Passive House

Net-zero energy home that proves sustainable doesn't mean sacrificing style. Solar panels, geothermal heating, and a design that doesn't scream "I'm saving the planet."

Burnaby 2021
Shaughnessy Manor Restoration

Shaughnessy Manor Restoration

1920s mansion that had seen better days. Restored original woodwork, updated everything behind the walls, kept the grandma charm alive.

Shaughnessy 2022
Spa-Inspired Master Suite

Spa-Inspired Master Suite

Turned a cramped bedroom and bathroom into a personal retreat. Heated floors, rainfall shower, and a soaker tub with a view. Living the dream, basically.

Private Residence 2023
Pacific Wellness Clinic

Pacific Wellness Clinic

Medical space that doesn't feel clinical. Warm tones, natural light, and a layout that keeps patient flow smooth. Because nobody likes waiting in sterile hallways.
